To cancel a subscription, you need to email us before the 30th of a month for cancelling the next month’s subscription.
We will give you a 100% refund for the remaining boxes.
Returns of the 1st box
For the 1st box, we permit returns in case you don’t like the box contents.
Please email us within 3 days of receiving a box.
We will give a 100% refund on receiving the box back from you.
However, please do not initiate return of a used box. If the box contents are used / damaged / incomplete, we would deduct the refund amount on the basis of our judgement.
In the case of the first box, we do not refund shipping charges and sending the box back is the customers responsibility.
